I definitely love the wisdom and confidence that come with age and maturity. Being comfortable in my own skin without worrying about what others think. When you are over 40, you know yourself, who you are, and what you stand for without compromise or feeling the need to explain.
How do you stay fabulous?Healthy eating, good fitness and wellness habits daily. Meditation for mental and spiritual health. Also a good skin care routine. I’m always seeking ways to improve myself and others. A positiv,e attitude goes a long way!
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay bills and take a very much needed vacation. Haven’t had one since recovering from brain surgery a year ago. And shop a little to stay fabulous, of course! I will also donate to a woman- focused charity because I believe giving back is the most important way to empower women. We are all already fabulous in our own ways, but I believe we thrive even more with the support and lifting up of each other.
