It offers us the opportunity to shape our community & be a source of inspiration for others. We CAN become "proof of concept" for those around us as to what CAN be achieved. The sky isn't even the limit as to where women in this phase can and will go. It's time we dismantle paradigms around age and normalize endless wins for women!
How do you stay fabulous?A disciplined routine of wellness that has become a lifestyle: strength training, walking, visioneering, journaling, self mastery, connection to community and self. Frequent Goddess days, reserved for reconnecting to my center and core so that I can be the best version possible for my family and network. Being relentless in achieving the highest possible version of myself. Dates with my husband of 23 years, and family date nights with our kids. And everyday: I get cute for me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest a portion into Research & Development of a new product formulation for my clean cosmetics line, and I would use a portion to create a set of $5,000 scholarships at our local school earmarked to those choosing Entrepreneurship in the beauty industry within our community post graduation. The scholarship would include access to the funds for a business startup, and 12 months of personal business mentorship to help guide their first steps into their new business venture.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
