I absolutely love being over 40 for so many amazing reasons. With age comes a deeper sense of self-confidence and clarity about who I am and what I want in life. I’ve grown more comfortable in my own skin, embracing my strengths and learning from my experiences. I have a wealth of knowledge and wisdom that allows me to navigate life with more ease, and I no longer sweat the small stuff. Plus, this stage of life brings a true appreciation for health, meaningful relationships.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous at 40 is all about balance and self-care for me. I prioritize my health by eating well, staying active, and maintaining a fitness routine that keeps me energized. Skincare is key, so I invest in quality products and protect my skin with sunscreen and hydration. But it’s not just about physical well-being—staying fabulous also means nurturing my mental and emotional health. I make time for things that bring me joy, whether it’s traveling, or simply spending time with loved ones.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000, the first thing I’d do is donate a portion to a few autism charities that are close to my heart, supporting the vital work they do for individuals and families affected by autism. Giving back is incredibly important to me, and I know these contributions can make a meaningful difference. After that, I’d treat myself to a well-deserved trip, exploring a beautiful destination and soaking in new experiences. It would be the perfect blend of giving back and enjoying life!
