What I love about being over 40 is the feeling that life is truly just beginning. There are new adventures to embark on, fresh interests to explore, and an exciting new career on the horizon. This chapter is about embracing the wisdom gained over the past decades and using it to mentor young girls and women, helping them see beyond the challenges they face. I’m deeply grateful for these opportunities and the journey ahead.
How do you stay fabulous?At my age good health is important. I do self care mentally and emotionally by staying active. I enjoy long walks, jogging and weight training. Nutrition is really important for a longer healthier life, but there is always room for dessert.
What would you do with the $40,000?As a single mom having to rebuild later in life this would be a big blessing and provide the resources for me to be able to finish school. Reaching my goals will allow me the opportunity to pay forward all the love that has been poured into my kids and I.
