In my 20s, 30s I stressed too much on what my life should look like. Afraid if I didn't have what everyone else did, I would be considered less than. Now in 50s I live my life how I feel is right for me. I have enough self love and worth that I push myself to be the best I can be for me. I can help others now that I can look back at younger years with a healthier set of eyes. I have learned how to take care of my inner child. Embracing past but living in the present.
How do you stay fabulous?I am a Certified Life Coach and coined the word AWARE to mean Authenticity, Warmth, Appreciation, Respect and Empowerment. I truly embrace this each and every day in every situation. I stay true to those values and it keeps me grounded. It allows me to see each day as a gift. I am physically active everyday, eat well and stay in gratitude. I have a chic fashion sense. All my intentions come from my heart & caring for others genuinely is what makes me fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow! 40k! OK, with the understanding now that two major initiatives of NBCF are promoting AWAREness about the importance of early detection of breast cancer through regular screenings and mammograms, and empowering individuals with knowledge and AWAREness about breast health, I can't think of a better use of $40,000 than donating it back to NBCF specifically to be used for those initiatives that so align with my own AWARE credo & values .
