I feel like I can slow down & enjoy the moment. I try to be present when I am with my family. I push away negative thoughts & worries. My ability to take deep breaths & appreciate the beauty around me is becoming second nature. My mind is open to new experiences, & I don’t embarrass as easily as I did in my younger years. I’m more patient & not let the little things bother me. I look for joy.
How do you stay fabulous?I’m learning to appreciate self care & express myself through my clothes & jewelry. My home is my sanctuary & I fill it with things that give me joy. I believe in the dopamine theory- surround yourself with things that bring happiness, peacefulness & joy.
What would you do with the $40,000?Give my family a fabulous trip, or up grade my bathroom to be a sanctuary. We recently moved to Miami, and I left my Atlanta home where I had just designed my dream bathroom.
