Being over 40 comes with Privilege. A vast amount of life experience. Experiences that fosters a real sense of discernment to see situations for what they really are. You become very comfortable with yourself and you start to show UP for yourself, as your TRUE-SELF . Which is not easy to be vulnerable and real. I’ve done a lot of what people in spiritual community refer to as the “inner work” facing the “ good and bad” - light/dark parts of who I am. I am both. Authentic.
How do you stay fabulous?The secret to my fountain of youth besides my smoothie and cold press obsession addiction to HOT yoga, and love swimming in salt water! My JIGGLE Machine! I prioritize my self more specifically the child inside of you. . #1 my inner peace and the way I show up for myself every day. Even on my worst day. #2 I set boundaries. 3. I remain grateful even when I don’t feel it’. #4 I quite literally refuse to be a victim of anything. I see the lesson not the loss and keep it moving.
