I love all the knowledge and wisdom I have gained in my forties. I am able to provide exceptional guidance to my adult children. I have also learned to embrace my total whole being. I value my body more and I’m always researching ways to help me age gracefully and pass that knowledge onto my dear children grandchildren and friends. I have learned to value life and remove myself from any negative environments or relationships. I have learned to put myself first and take care of me first.
How do you stay fabulous?I enjoy working out when life permits me. I am an avid tree drinker. I hangout with my grandchildren attending festivals concerts and recreational activities. I also believe just being a good person to everyone you encounter helps me to stay fabulous. I love eating he’s foods and meditating. Most of all helping others who are vulnerable brings me the most joy. When you are good to others I believe your days on earth are lengthened.
What would you do with the $40,000?I will donate some of the $40,000 to a charity that I value. I will share the wealth with my family and friends. And I would like to open my own facility that focuses on providing services to veterans, battered women, individuals with disabilities, and any other group that may benefit from our help.
