I feel like I look better at 45 than I did at 25. But more than that, I like myself a lot more. I’m more confident in the decisions I make and I care a lot less about what others think. Having a 23 year old son also puts a lot into perspective for me. He’s a constant reminder to me about the growth you experience throughout your adult years but also there’s been a lot of wisdom accrued through experiences that I can share with him as he reaches different milestones of young adulthood.
How do you stay fabulous?From a physical point of view I do the things that work. Weight lifting, Retin A, European sunscreens, lasers and surgery as needed. I stay away from gimmick procedures and products that tend to suck up time and money and do t deliver. From a mental point of view I remind myself to take the time to nurture my friendships and other relationships as they’re what keeps me sane. And every chance I get, I travel.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d donate a lot of it to a charity I love that supports women with breast cancer, Fleur de Bra. And I’d probably save some of it and put it towards a trip somewhere for myself and my family.
