How do you stay fabulous?Self Care is top priority. Physical wellness that brings joy to me like walking and dancing. Eating a balanced diet and water hydration every day. 7-8 hours of sleep every day. Taking time for relaxation and meditation. Setting boundries and saying NO. Nurture healthy relationships and surround myself with supportive people. Find activities that bring joy to my life. Taking care of my skin. Established a skincare routine that has worked for me for years. Smile everyday!
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay off my student loan debt, donate to a mental health awareness charity in my area. Invest in my 403b.
