The best aspect of being over 40 is the increased self-awareness and confidence often accompanied by a sense of accomplishment from raising a family, establishing a successful career and maintaining life long friendships. As I have grown older the realization of maintaining and building strong relationships with family and friends is more meaningful to me as my priorities shift toward the need for more quality time and making lifelong memories with those that I love.

I stay fabulous by incorporating these daily rituals: 1) Exercise is always a part of my daily routine. Maintaining a healthy and active life helps me to maintain both cognitive and cardiovascular health. 2) I eat healthy (fruits, vegetables, and lean meats) and avoid fried and processed foods. 3) I make sure that I am getting plenty of sleep and maintain regular check ups. 4) I stay social and keep my social calendar full 5) I dress fashionably for every occasion and keep a go-to pair of heels

My plan for the $40,000 is to take $20,000 and use it towards purchasing another vacation property to add to my AirBNB Portfolio. The other $20,000 I would simply invest in an Exchange Traded Funds (ETS).
