I love the wisdom of the past. Learning and growing from the many highs and lows of life, and the many lessons that one can learn if one chooses to is so promising and gives me greater hope for the future. We must learn from the elders what they did and honor them for their knowledge. We don't have to repeat their same mistakes. We will make many of our own.
How do you stay fabulous?My morning routine helps me stay grounded. Prayer, meditation, journaling and nature walks observing and reflecting gives me keys for my day. I do try to reflect on how I can have a better day today than the previous one. write down lessons learned and see how to stay in the peace. Life is a gift and I want to live each day with hope and finding joy in the grief has been available if I just train myself to JUST BE. As I just give and serve I have found more joy to carry on.
What would you do with the $40,000?I want to continue to grow and love on my community so I would use 10% to start my non- profit..( New Identity Community Center to help children grow into responsible adults and help them find their giftings and strengths.) 80% to some amazing things here, the Dream Center being one, that helps homeless and sex trafficking victims. 10% wil go to take my mom on some trip of her dreams. She is one amazing woman who never gives up or in and keeps on giving no matter the pain she feels.
