For me life pivoted after forty. My years of caring for others became years that I could focus more on myself, my growth, my healing and making my personal path.
How do you stay fabulous?I read…a lot. I write…a lot. I invest in myself. I do yoga, pilates and walk daily. Also, I make sure to do something every day that nourishes my soul or just makes me happy. Over 40 has been a very personal time for me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in my coaching practice and also use it to start support groups for women who have experienced domestic violence.
