Being "Fabulous Over 40" means embracing the successes and pitfalls of life to become the best version of myself. That is what I love bout being over 40! I have the life experiences and drive to overcome obstacles and lead a happy and productive life. I have proven that you can be a businesswoman and a mother without sacrificing your physical or mental health. I have the maturity to enjoy great relationships, travel the world, and build a personal brand.
How do you stay fabulous?I work hard, play hard. As a business owner and single mother, keeping fit and healthy takes commitment to a routine. I keep to a regular routine of yoga and walking. Eating healthy foods, taking supplements, and drinking plenty of fluids keeps my body youthful for adventures. I also am an event planner, so enjoying great restaurants, nightlife, travel, and music/culture is important to feeling as young as I look.
What would you do with the $40,000?First off, being selected for this competition would be an honor to represent women over 40. The $40,000 would be spent on my family and growth of our lives together, as I truly believe to thrive you have to have the love of others. I would likely spend it on bettering my children's lives with improvements to our home and taking them on an adventure with me so we could carry memories with each other in the future.
