How do you stay fabulous?I just celebrated 16 years of sobriety and I fully believe my sobriety has gifted me a life that is grounded and honest and healthier than I ever thought I could be. I take care of my body and mind and soul through meditation, learning about nutrition and what I eat, and moving my body! I take nothing for granted and am grateful for my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am an independent artist who travels for a living singing the songs I write. I tour out of my van that I built out in 2020 right before the pandemic. With this opportunity , it would help me continue to make art and keep my business alive while I cultivate my other dream of public speaking. Telling my story of mental health, recovery and how the creative arts can help people breakthrough tough times and stay sober. This would be a complete life changer.
