I love the peace and clarity of mind that comes with age. My level of maturity and mental health combined with my ability to no longer take anyone’s crap is the stage of life I’ve been yearning for.
How do you stay fabulous?I hit the gym regularly (for me, no one else), lift weights, do yoga, and I am a firm believer that everyone benefits from therapy. I’m over 4 years alcohol-free, and career focused. Don’t let anyone hold you back–that’s the wisdom that your 40s comes with, and that keeps me moving forward.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would practice absolute self care and not let any man spend it—investing in only what is best for me long term. There is freedom in not having to rely on anyone else but you.
