How do you stay fabulous?Healthy Lifestyle!!!! Regular working out.! Eating healthy! (Proteins fruits and vegetables! ) As a dietitian it is awesome to do what you love daily through by leading an example. I try to help others through positive interactions to yield a motivating and encouraging encounter! Helping others allows me to be fabulous. It makes my heart happy.
