I love the richness of my experiences and how they’ve shaped me into someone who truly understands myself. Through multiple careers, starting as a research scientist in medicinal chemistry and then transitioning into music after a profound loss. I became a recording artist, toured, wrote for Popstars, and had immense creative fun. Now, I dance Latin, which keeps me energized and youthful. I see the benefits in my body and mind, and it’s a joy to keep me vibrant and magnetic!
How do you stay fabulous?My 11 year old keeps me grounded by laughing together and not taking life too seriously. My child is sensitive, and I’m mindful of how stress affects us. Meditation helps me remain positive, and that allows me to be a force of love and energy for both myself and those around me. Over 40, I’ve learned that happiness comes from within, and embracing that wisdom makes me feel truly ageless.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in developing an app that helps people create their own danceable songs, infused with personal experiences. As a musician and educator, I believe everyone’s voice deserves to be heard. Writing songs is a powerful way to release inner emotions, whether it’s love or trauma, and turn them into something you can repeat like a mantra. This app will serve as a therapeutic tool for self-expression and happiness, helping people around the world discover their vibrant selves.
