I’m 65 years old, 2 time cancer survivor, mother of a wonderful 24 year old son who I live for and adore. Enjoying him and life to fullest!
We would like to thank you for supporting Maureen Graham in this year's competition. Your support helps us contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation who provides early detection, education, and support services to those affected by breast cancer.
Spending time with my family is the most important thing for me. That included my husband, son and all my brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews( there are alot) and great nieces and nephews.. don't get me started on the numbers game.. all of the are the best. I have learned through the ups and downs of life that each day is a blessing and I try to enjoy each day.. that my feet hit the ground in the morning:) Very lucky and fortunate lady to be here and submitting this. I am truly grateful.
How do you stay fabulous?I wish I could tell you I have a regiment or a secret sauce to stay fabulous, but I can not say that. What I can share very much a repeat of the above.. I have so much appreciation for each day ( having and surviving, breast and lung cancer will present you with a reality check on life, how we life, how we love and all the world has for us to ensure each day is joyfully, filled with fun, smiles and helping others whenever needed.
What would you do with the $40,000?Hmm.. let me see.. I would share it.. I would take my son on a get away as we have never been able to afford and do that together. Nothing over the top just a special time together. I would also help him pay of university debt, buy my husband a new pair of skis, throw a big gathering for all my family to gather and share each others company.
