I love the experience and all the different versions of my self that it took to become who I am today. I love that I’m the healthiest and best shape of my life at 42 and can be an inspiration for others that feel hopeless. I have hashimotos and hypothyroidism so I was very sick and gaining weight uncontrollably. I know so many are suffering with this disease and I want them to know there is hope!
How do you stay fabulous?I joined Empowering Punch September of 2021 and way 54 pounds down by April of 2022. They put me on a fitness and nutrition plan that taught me how to eat and have a better relationship with food. I also started taking their boxing among other fitness classes that helped me get into shape. I box 5 times a week now and lift twice a week which is not necessary, but I love it so much!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would most likely donate some to a charity for the less fortunate and maybe put some aside for my kids. Maybe to help expand my business. I honestly haven’t thought about it.
