Being over 40 brings a refreshing sense of clarity and confidence that I truly cherish. I appreciate the freedom to prioritize my passions and surround myself with people who uplift and inspire me. I’ve learned to embrace my imperfections, valuing authenticity over perfection. This stage of life allows me to explore new interests and experiences without the pressure of meeting societal expectations. It’s a time of growth, self-discovery, and empowerment, and I relish every moment of it!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 means prioritizing self-care and embracing my individuality. I focus on fitness, mindfulness, and creativity, surrounding myself with positive influences.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would first donate a portion to a foundation I care about deeply - Idaho Coalition for Safe Healthcare. Then I would take my 2 kiddos and husband on a trip somewhere we’ve never been!
