I love being over 40 as I can live in my own truth. I raised my kids I’ve held down a marriage. I’ve lived a modest life and didn’t always follow through with my dreams or desires. Now in my 40s, I have embraced my womanhood, my sex appeal, and am pursuing all things that bring me peace as well as fulfilling my goals. My experiences, Confidence and self love, allow me to help other women on their journey, and find their true selves! I love that I am aging well in my 40s. I love being in my40s.!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous at 46, through Fitness, faith, meditation, healthy eating, and surrounding myself with positive, uplifting and business minded people! I work on self development daily, watch what I put in my body and take care of my skin! Nature girl!
What would you do with the $40,000?I will use the $40,000 to help keep the lights on at my Fitness studio and build up more programs to be able to reach more women and young ladies in the community through Fitness and Health. I will add more programs like women empowering nights, teen programs and outreach to inspire others to stay fabulous through fitness and health! I will also travel to explore fabulous places!
