I’m learning to allow myself to be happy. To notice and appreciate how right everything is in my life! When you are mature enough to own your life, the wonderful shit as well as the bad, that’s a powerful realization. I dedicated a lot of time to fitness and nutrition. my mind is as sharp as ever, and I feel like I have learned a few things, too, maybe even a bit of wisdom. The biggest difference I’m noticing, now that I’m older, is that I’m starting to appreciate the ‘finer’ things.
How do you stay fabulous?Well, the first thing to do is forget about being forty! It starts with being happy and healthy, looking after your fitness, caring for your skin and having your hair coloured and/or styled to suit you. Then look at your lifestyle and your likes and dislikes…..what you feel comfortable with and what gives you confidence; it’s important not to try to look glamorous, but to look good, and wear clothes and accessories that suit you and your lifestyle and are appropriate for your body type.
What would you do with the $40,000?This would be amazing i would pay off my debt student loans are killing me . Take a nice vacation with my family.
