Suddenly I’m 65 going on 19. Six sisters may be how I ended up a spa owner in 1997🌸

There’s a confidence factor I recall hitting in my 40’s that I didn’t possess earlier in life. The journey to 40 allowed a knowledge of life and self, that has continued to grow through the subsequent years. I’m still self- employed and love running my skincare business that I started decades ago.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fit and healthy is key. I love walking daily in my Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. Stopping to chat with the many neighbors and friends my husband and I have acquired over the years as Seattle natives. Through the Adopt-A-Street program we adopted the main street of our area, Queen Anne Avenue in the 90’s and continue to help keep our neighborhood clean and safe. Also a member of The Seattle Thrilllers. Dressed as zombies, we dance to “Thriller” for charity😎
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to sponsor a “spa day” for women in need. It would help them gain their own self-confidence and hopefully give them a much needed time out from the stress they live with. I’d also love to help pets displaced by hurricanes and other disasters, find new homes. I’ve worked some with local animal rescues and it brings so much joy. And of course, a little travel. We’re trying to see all of the US National Parks if we can.
