I don’t follow societal norms when it comes to age, and I prioritize taking care of my physical AND emotional health.

I love that the wisdom I’ve acquired with age and life experience is put to use. I love that I can use that wisdom to encourage the younger generations to let go of societal expectations when it comes to looks and that positively influencing other people is a gift that comes with age.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my health. Physical, mental and emotional. I practice hot yoga, take dance classes, horseback ride, spend time connecting with nature, and just as equally prioritize rest. Getting enough sleep is important! On that note, I also believe balance is important. Over restricting your diet or working your body to the ground are some things I’ve learned to not do. It’s all about balance and enjoying life and keeping your body and mind healthy and happy!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take care of my elderly parents, help some of my friends, then invest and buy a house!
