I love that I am more comfortable in my skin. I love that I have learned from life. I love that I finally found love for myself in my 40s. I love that I feel confident and self reliant. I love that people look up to me and are inspired by me. I love that people look to me for direction as I have experience now that I am 40. There is so much to love about being over 40. Best years of my life so far!
How do you stay fabulous?I roller blade, I dance, I host karaoke on a regular basis as music fuels my soul. I am the lead singer of a band. We have our first gig on Nov 9/24 and have been asked to book elsewhere. I praise my higher power daily and use positive self talk to guide me through my days. I am sure to take care of my body and my mind. I love how I found out what is truly important in my 40s. I also attend AA meetings when I feel the need, as it is the 12 steps and the literature of the program that help.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have about $15000 in debt I need to pay off. I would use the other $25000 for education. I have a 16 and 19 year old who plan to further their education. I am also not done learning. There is so much to learn. I love the way learning. Makes you grow.
