How do you stay fabulous?Health and beauty is a lifestyle choice . I exercise regularly mountain bike, riding, Pilates, and hiking with my dog. The food I put Into my body is extremely important as well as hydration. I try to make sure I drink half of my bodyweight in ounces of water and I eat organic produce, I prepare home-cooked vegetarian meals. I have a beauty regiment of facial massage and yoga, red light therapy, the proper serums for my skin care routine. Further more I practice attitude is gratitude.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I would invest it in my reeducation. After selling the gymnastics gym I worked at for over 20 years, I moved to Colorado to reinvent myself, and this funding would help me pursue new opportunities and skills.
