I love having a clearer sense of priorities, focusing on what truly matters—relationships, personal growth, and experiences. There’s also a wonderful freedom in embracing who I am, letting go of societal expectations, and pursuing my passions without hesitation. It’s a time for deeper connections, richer conversations, and a more profound appreciation for life's moments, big and small.
How do you stay fabulous?To stay fabulous over 40, I prioritize a balanced lifestyle. Eating healthy is key—I focus on whole foods, plenty of fruits and vegetables, and lean proteins. Staying active through regular exercise keeps my energy up and my mood balanced. I also make time for self-care, whether it’s enjoying a good book, practicing mindfulness, or connecting with friends. Additionally, I embrace new experiences and challenges, which keeps my mind engaged and my spirit vibrant.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would prioritize a mix of investment and personal growth. I’d allocate some for savings and investments to secure my financial future. Next, I’d set aside funds for travel, exploring new cultures and experiences. I’d also consider taking a course or workshop to develop a new skill or passion. Lastly, I’d give back to the community by donating to causes I care about, making a positive impact while enriching my life. Balancing enjoyment and responsibility would be key.
