I feel like I really came into myself in my 40s. It’s sounds so cliche but I feel it’s true- the 40s really are fabulous. For me it’s the embracing my authentic self era. My “happy era”. It’s been an amazing journey of self; self reflection, self healing, self forgiveness, self acceptance, self love.
How do you stay fabulous?I choose it. Everyday. Living a fabulous life doesn’t come by happenstance- it’s earned by intentional action everyday. I can wake up and choose average today or choose fabulous today. Mindset is everything. And I believe I must pass on that vibe to everyone around me. If negative vibes are contagious so are the good vibes.
What would you do with the $40,000?Hello- College tuition for my daughter next August!! I would also love to be able to invest some into my business, where I train women to be Fit & Fabulous at all ages, shapes and sizes.
