At 50, I am in my best shape ever. I CrossFit and put in some yoga sessions for mobility. Those muscle tights up pretty quickly with age.

At 40, life takes on a fresh perspective. In our younger years, we often stress over things that seem big but turn out to be small. With age, I’ve come to trust that life always steers you in the right direction. Even when challenges feel overwhelming, they offer valuable lessons to help you grow and evolve into your best self. Ups and downs are part of the journey, but what truly matters is how we handle them, embracing each moment as an opportunity for growth and strength.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous, is about embracing life! Training five days a week, put in yoga to keep, body and mind balanced. Food is a joy, and I believe in indulging-after all, life is too short! My dog, a brave cancer survivor, inspires me daily with his resilience, teaching me to accept myself, flaws and all. I love traveling, being spontaneous, enjoying every moments. I keep my look natural, rarely wearing makeup; true beauty shines from within. Life is a celebration, and I choose to dance through it!
What would you do with the $40,000?Receiving $40,000 would help for sure. It would, yes, ease a little, my financial burdens, but also allow me to support a dear friend as we both face our challenges. My greatest hope is to make a difference, small or big, and I hope my story inspire others—because helping and supporting each other is what truly matters. My family is important and my friends are too. I have a wall in my leaving room showing my surrounding, they are important to me. They make me stronger.
