What I have realized as I stepped unto the 5th floor, is that life is a beautiful tapestry woven from experiences, challenges, and triumphs.

Being over 40 made me realize how vibrant this new chapter of life is. What I love about being on this floor is that my Confidence increased, I love and embrace who I am, faults and all. There is this liberating awareness and freedom in self-acceptance that’s incredibly empowering. With each new year there's been an added layer of Wisdom, Experience and Insight. I have learned valuable lessons that help me navigate challenges with grace and ease. Prioritizing Joy which makes me more intentional.
How do you stay fabulous?Fitness and Movement: Workouts help me stay active. I enjoy it, whether it’s, Cardio, strength training, Stretches, dancing, walking. Movement boosts my energy and keeps me feeling strong. Healthy Eating: I focus on nourishing my body with organic whole, nutritious foods. Cooking new recipes and exploring different cuisines keeps it fun and exciting! Self-Care Rituals: I prioritize self-care, whether it’s a relaxing bath, a skincare routine, spending time at the SPA or relaxing.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 I would focus on a blend of personal growth and making a positive impact 12.5% would be for Charitable donations as paying it forward is important to me. A portion would go to causes I'm passionate about. Mental Health, Education, Environmental Initiatives (Earth preservation. Creative Projects: I would allocate 25% to my passion, a project which is in its final launch stage Investments: I would increase my investments to build a secure financial future 12.5% would go towards this.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
