In this phase of my life, I know who I am and what is important to me, what I want to accomplish. I have more stability and confidence, and my body is still in good working order! In a way, I feel like my life has just begun. I am done with the stuff that pleases others and now focusing on what pleases me!
How do you stay fabulous?I start my day with honey lemon water, then fresh celery juice, then a smoothie with wild blueberries, a banana, and various other things. I do yoga and weight bearing exercises for my body; and I do face yoga, facial massage and gua sha for my face. I also take specific supplements and keep my mind active! I think having a healthy attitude about aging is very important as well! I also am a reiki practitioner and am learning hypnotherapy, both of which I use on myself!
What would you do with the $40,000?I have a genius idea for a wellness spa! I don’t want to spill all the details here, but it would include all the things I utilize to stay young as well as some other fancy, cutting edge products that I haven’t had access to yet like a hocatt. It would focus on wellness from the inside out, from the mitochondria to the skin. It would help people prevent dementia as well believe it or not!…but I also want to include some more typical spa services such as injections and laser treatments.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
