I leaned to stop chastising myself for the things I didn't do, or for mistakes I made, now I look at it as stepping stones to a better outcome. I love that I can accept my flaws and that I look for ways to keep myself young, vital and "with it" but staying away from the so "in the know" that I look like I'm stying to hard. I now play harder and safer that I did in my 20is or 30is and I love it more.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out I make sure I stay healthy as far as foods go, I do not deprive myself but Im more conscientious of my body and what I can expect. My younger self wanted to be like this or that person, now I know what my body is or not and Im happy with staying fit and healthy rather than skinny or "no expression" face.
