I love that in my forties I can walk on this earth giving everyone the best version of me without hesitations. As a dietitian I focus my on educating other woman to love themselves at every stage through healthy lifestyles and wellness.
How do you stay fabulous?To keep the body and mind aligned in my forties, I practice mindful eating and fuel my body from the inside out. I strength train 4-5 times per week providing a healthy outlet for my mental health.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000??? First I would assist my children with their college education and the rest I would use to invest in a nutrition and wellness store front.
