What I love about being over 40 is how people view me on the whole and compliment my inner and outer beauty. I have committed myself to yoga for four years now. I enjoy the positive energy I receive and can accomplish even more in life. I’ve been knocked down many times, I am strong and pick myself up each and every time. It shows how positivity and hard work pays off when you take care of yourself first! It’s also good to help others along the way and share your experiences good and bad.
How do you stay fabulous?The best way to stay fabulous is making healthier choices for yourself, try to eat right, drink plenty of water and exercise daily. Do some yoga, 5 minutes a day does so much for you! I even dance to Taylor Swift and Bollywood music every chance I get! Do anything that puts a smile on your face and see how contagious your smile can get! Spread the love.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I win $40,000, I would buy the love of my life roses, I would give half to my girls for their education and the rest, I will take my mom and sister to Vegas and celebrate being over 40 and enjoy priceless time together! I could also buy something really nice for myself as I like treating myself every once in a while. I would also consider other places to travel to. Oohh, getting a puppy sounds lovely too…lol. So many ideas, I can’t really decide! Anything to make me and my family smile!
