What I love about being over 40 as a woman is the sense of confidence and self-awareness that comes with it. I know who I am, what I want, and I don’t feel the need to conform to others’ expectations anymore. There’s a freedom in that. I’ve also gained so much wisdom from my life experiences, and I trust my intuition more than ever. Decisions come with more clarity now because I know what truly matters to me. How do you stay fabulous?I work on nourishing my body and mind by trying to eat healthy and making good choices like drinking lots of water. My exercise goals and habits evolved to staying healthy and maintaining mobility. I choose workouts that promotes also mental health/habits. As for my skin, I always protect it. I wear sunscreen with/without a hat, and I never sleep with makeup on. Being disciplined with my sleep and relaxing with a book helps too.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win $40,000, my first priority would be to pay a tithe to my church, as a way of honoring God and giving back. After that, I would use the remaining money to help cover my son’s college tuition. Investing in his education and future the same way my parents did for me years ago.
