I really enjoy the experiences life has brought me to get me where I am today. Though I will always be a student and strive to constantly learn new things, the few areas I have mastered allows me to assist others in their journey. I realize to some 40 might sound old, I know in my 20s that is how I thought but, now that I am here I see that I am not even half way through and, so much more is yet to come.
How do you stay fabulous?I really try to focus on a healthy mind body and soul. I eat as clean as possible and very rarely ever eat any type of fast food. 99% of my meals I have prepared myself. In addition I go to the gym, take hot yoga and enjoy many outdoor activities. Beyond the obvious sort of things I feel it is important to have close friends and to spend quality time with loved ones. It is an important tool in not letting the stresses of life become overwhelming
What would you do with the $40,000?The ideas are many. I might take a vacation to Europe and spend time on the coast of Greece, France or perhaps, Ireland. I would consider starting the business I have been daydreaming about. I could possibly help out a family member that needs more stable housing. Maybe I’ll buy a new car. The ideas and options are limitless.
