Being over 40 brings me great happiness. I have knowledge of what a fabulous life feels like. My goal for many years now is no longer fancy cars and clothes, but slow mornings, sunrises, sunsets and to be present and peaceful. To share my knowledge and teach others mindfulness activities that I've learned through life experiences. Trust my process comes with experience and age. Being over 40 made my realize what truly was important to me. Being present and grateful. Gratitude is a must!
How do you stay fabulous?I juice daily, drink herbal tea (premenopause specific). I swim, Kayak and snorkel. Yoga, meditation and journaling is a must. I love to work out and strength train for stamina and strength. Homemade remedies for a healthy glow inside and out. Walking, hiking and camping is a long time favorite of mine. It's all about the mind, body and the soul. Soul love is a daily practice!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pour into my wellness retreat and finish setup my not for profit Healing Herizons. Bringing women of the world into my space to help rejuvenate those who need to hydrated with self love and care. To help those that need a hand to elevate to a happier, healthier, stronger version. To activate the powerful Expresses that sit with me and to share their strengths and knowledge with the women who come to my place to learn new acts of soul love and mindfulness activities.
