I am a full time teacher in rural Washington County, Al. Seven years ago, I decided to open my now successful dream business on the side.

My grown children and grandchildren are my life. I love traveling, socializing, and just spending time with them as well as spending time painting at my shop. I always thought that getting "old" would be terrible but it allows so much freedom to do the things that I love.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay on the go. My grandchildren help make me feel young and loved!! I do try to make sure that I stay connected with the latest styles and beauty products for myself. I also take time for myself, after school, painting at my shop as well as offering paint parties and classes to adults and children. Painting is my relaxation and unwinding....it's my therapy!
What would you do with the $40,000?Of course, I would pay off some bills so that I could retire after 31 years of teaching. I would possible open another storefront of my shop, Hootenanny Paint Party Studio. I considered this venture a pipedream when I opened my business 7 years ago. Now I'm thriving!! It's not only extra income but I absolutely love doing it! My bucket list vacation is to visit Greece so that would definitely be a must as well.
