Being over 40 is fantastic because I am still young, healthy and energetic. I've evolved, acquired maturity and wisdom by learning from my different life experiences. My children are much more independent so I have now more quality time for myself (!). I am at a point in my career that I don't need to prove anything to anyone nor to myself (I know who I am) it is now time to help others grow and shine and I love doing mentoring, it is very fulfilling ! I finally found my IKIGAI and I flow :)
How do you stay fabulous?By having a healthy life-style = eating well (organic and local),doing sports and exterior activities, managing stress with meditation, breath work, gardening & cooking. Having a fulfilling social life and spending time with the ones I love. keeping my brain active by being curious and learning new things . Practicing yoga for 25 year is keeping me Fabulous ;) Yoga is all about body and mind alignment, balance and "self elevation", living in the present moment and enjoying life as it is.
What would you do with the $40,000?Bring to life a project close to my heart: launching my first Yoga Retreat in one of the world's most beautiful and inspiring location!!!
