I have learned so much over the years and in turn at 40 I have decided to make a health my priority. I have never looked better at my age.. Age does not defy you and your capabilities in life. I learned that it is a mental state. I feel better now than I did in my 20s. I feel like there are so many possibilities. Loving self as I am and accept the age process. I am at my best loving self now.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being kind, caring, bringing laughter, exercising daily, eating right, working hard, taking care of a household and family. I love creating an atmosphere or love and humor. I also like encouraging those around me to work on their dreams and to live their best life. Nothing gives me more joy then seeing smiles and others faces and that beings me happiness.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to invest it and in doing so do good for others that are in need.
