What I love most about being over 40 is the freedom that comes with truly knowing and embracing who I am. I’ve learned to appreciate my strengths, let go of insecurities, and find beauty in every season of life. This chapter is about living unapologetically—loving myself more, prioritizing what truly matters, and finding joy in the little things. It’s a time of confidence, resilience, and growth, where I celebrate not just how far I’ve come, but how much more life there is to explore.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing self-care—nurturing my mind, body, and spirit. I embrace a healthy lifestyle with nourishing food, movement, and rest. I stay curious, learning new things and surrounding myself with uplifting people. Practicing gratitude, meditation, and self-love keeps me grounded. Most importantly, I follow my passions, live authentically, and find joy in every moment, knowing that true beauty radiates from within
What would you do with the $40,000?Living with lupus makes it challenging to achieve my dreams, but with the $40,000 prize, I’d help my family and community in our small country town by building a sanctuary for farm animals and birds. I want to teach my children and my community—the importance of living in harmony with nature and animals, and becoming true stewards of the land. This financial support would allow me to create a sustainable space where we nurture both the earth and each other.
