Hello ! At 54, i work to keep my mind sharp and be healthy. Living on a farm, being a wife and mom keeps me going and active :-)

Being 54 is simply a number. What defines me is my purpose and family. I am grateful to have an exceptional husband and two beautiful adult kids, ages 21 G and 18 B. I feel accomplished in all spheres of my life and love my job as an HR Executive. Life is wonderful and I make sure to enjoy the important things that life brings us.
How do you stay fabulous?My family, friends and co-workers make me feel fabulous ! Working on my farm keeps me active. Sure, life has it's ups and downs, but being surrounded by people i love is plenty for me to feel and look great. Oh yes, and my chickens also has much to do in keeping me in shape :-)
