I love that I know myself better and feel more confident in my own skin. I am kinder, gentler & more compassionate w/ myself and therefore others. At the same time, I am stronger, more resilient and know what my non-negotiables are in life. I sweat less over the "small stuff" and invest more into actual sweating via moving my body! I am healthier in mind, body, spirit & soul and as a result I am happier, I enjoy life more and the cherry on top - I finally know my worth.
How do you stay fabulous?Yoga, strength training, walking, gratitude, meditation & journaling are my essentials to living a grounded, more balanced & easeful day to day. I am intentional about what I ingest both physically and about what I absorb via social media, TV & reading. I keep it positive & nourishing. I surround myself w/ people I enjoy being around, who I respect & admire and I prioritize quality time w/ them. I listen to & respect my body, hydrate well & value sleep. I travel often & do work that I love!
What would you do with the $40,000?Create a female centered business such as a health & fitness app for women over 35. Designed to support women w/ hormonal changes like peri-menopause through offering various targeted & effective recipes, nutritional resources, workouts, yoga, meditations & breathwork all from a wide range of skilled professionals. The unique changes in biochemistry over 35 can leave women feeling isolated & hopeless, as I myself have experienced. I want to empower women through this inevitable life stage!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
