What I love most about being over 40 is the confidence and sense of purpose I’ve gained. Becoming a U.S. citizen has been a significant milestone, and I now use my Instagram, which has over a million followers, to inspire others through my journey in sports. I love showing that age is just a number and motivating people to stay active, pursue their dreams, and live life to the fullest
How do you stay fabulous?I believe feeling fabulous starts from within. Staying active is key for me – whether it’s running, cycling, or swimming, I love challenging myself physically. I also prioritize a balanced diet, hydration, and getting enough rest. Most importantly, I embrace my age and take care of my mental well-being by focusing on self-love and gratitude. Confidence and happiness are the best beauty secrets
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000, I would use it to invest in my passion for triathlons and sport, allowing me to compete internationally and continue improving my skills. I would also donate a portion to support animal rescue organizations, as helping stray dogs is something close to my heart. Lastly, I’d take some time to travel and create unforgettable memories with my loved ones
