For me, being over 40 has brought a fresh sense of confidence and self- acceptance, as well as the freedom to stop striving for perfection & trying to please everyone. I have a greater understanding of myself and my values, which helps me face challenges, like divorce, aging parents, & other stressful situations with more resilience. Life after 40 has taught me to face what comes my way with a sense of humor & to lean more into friendships and family for support, rather than do it all myself.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous after 40 is all about balance & fun. I try to eat healthy and stay active- hot yoga, hiking, cycling and water sports keep me energized. I love dancing with friends and saying yes to new experiences. Recently I had an amazing time on an adventure trip to Costa Rica with my two sporty boys! I also enjoy exploring new hobbies like trying new recipes, learning Spanish or rollerblading. Embracing life with laughter & staying positive & open to change is what helps me stay fabulous
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I would take my boys on an unforgettable trip to Australia, exploring its stunning wildlife, and iconic landmarks like the Great Barrier Reef. I'd also take my parents on their dream vacation to Bali, where we can all relax, do yoga and enjoy the chill culture. With any remaining funds, I'd treat my friends to a fabulous getaway in Vegas, where we could get pampered, enjoy restaurants and check out the nightlife. I might need more money!
