How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nurturing my mind, body, and spirit. I honor my natural grey hair as a crown of wisdom, I prioritize mental health through mindfulness, and I stay active, making time for walks and movement. I surround myself with love, purpose, and constantly evolve through learning and connecting with others.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d use the $40,000 to expand my business, offering more mental health workshops to underserved communities. I’d also invest in empowering more women to embrace their authentic selves and create spaces where BIPOC women can thrive, heal, and grow into their fullest potential.
