I have so much wisdom. I used to hear this a lot from older women when I was young and didn't quite get it. Now that I'm 62 I know that it means I've been through so many life experiences that I intuitively know what to do in any given situation. I don't take any nonsense from anyone and my self-confidence is very high.
How do you stay fabulous?Firstly, I eat clean. I make sure to take the supplements that are required for my health. More recently, I've been using Oliveda skincare and their internal elixers to build my immune system, heal my gut and make my skin plump. I use the treadmill about 5 times a week to keep my heart and lungs healthy. I visit the dentist regularly to keep my teeth healthy. I don't let anything toxic pass my lips or enter my home.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off the 10,000 medical debt I've incurred, donate 1/3 back to the cause, invest in a home upgrade or two and invest in the stock market.
