What I love most about being over 40 is the freedom and joy that comes with watching my kids thrive in their own lives. As they embark on their own adventures, my husband and I embrace our empty nest with open arms. We’re exploring new destinations, savoring spontaneous weekend getaways, and finding joy in the little things. Each day feels like a fresh start, filled with laughter and new experiences. This phase is all about deepening our connection, and truly living life to the fullest!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is all about embracing life with energy and passion! As a hot vinyasa yoga teacher, I thrive on the heat and flow, both in teaching and in my own practice. Daily walks and invigorating bike rides through my stunning city keep me connected to nature and its beauty. I focus on breathing deeply, moving mindfully to cultivate inner peace and strength. I also explore new classes and activities, from dance to outdoor adventures, fueling my spirit and igniting my creativity.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40K, I’d first pay off bills, freeing up resources for more adventures. I’d bolster my retirement savings, ensuring a secure future. But the real excitement comes with travel! I dream of exploring far-off places with my husband, experiencing diverse cultures and breathtaking landscapes. I want to inspire other women over 40 to embrace life fully—showing them that age is just a number and every moment is an opportunity for new beginnings. Together, we’d share stories and create memories.
