How do you stay fabulous?I work out daily, lead a healthy lifestyle and diet and ensure to always preserve a little time for those things that bring me the most joy like travel, scuba, hiking and spending time near the ocean and friends. I have learned to meditate and accept the flow of energy running through me...mostly...I practice gratitude daily...I owe the universe SO much!!!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the 40K to start my medical spa clinic as a Nurse Practitioner. Some would go towards furthering my education, the rest towards the inital start up costs of the clinic. I want women of all ages, men as well, to look as fabulous as they feel...a little botox, filler or a couple of threads go a long way in helping us mature specimens remain as fine as wine... The clinic would also provide clients with free community links to dietitians, social workers, and primary care services.
